Grief Coaching
About
Grief is heavy. You don't have to carry it alone.
Pregnancy and infant loss can leave families feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and uncertain about how to move forward. Compassionate grief coaching provides a safe, supportive space where you can process your loss at your own pace while receiving practical tools and gentle guidance for your healing journey.
Our journey through grief is holy. It bears witness to the deep and abiding love we carry for a child uniquely and perfectly created by God.

Understanding Grief
Losing a child is one of life's most profound losses. The physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual responses that often accompany grief can feel overwhelming, but they are a natural part of grieving such a significant loss.
Grief is not something to "get over" or fix. It is a deeply personal journey that reflects the love you have for your child. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and no timeline you are expected to follow.
By understanding the many ways grief affects us, we can begin to meet ourselves with compassion, develop healthy coping tools, and find hope as we learn to carry our love and loss together.

Grief Coaching/Support
My role is to meet you exactly where you are—with compassion, without judgment—and walk alongside you as you navigate the complexities of grief. Together, we will honor your baby, acknowledge your unique experience, and discover ways to carry your love forward while finding hope, meaning, and strength for the days ahead.
Relationships do not end with death-they simply change. Healing is not about letting go of your loved one; it is about learning to live with love, loss, and hope woven together as you move forward.
